Refund policy

We do not accept returns.

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or you received the wrong item, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us at support@mypainterstape.com within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and a description of the issue.

 

EU Customers

If you are located in the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This means you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason, and receive a full refund.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods in their original condition. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof that they have been sent back.

This right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom or personalized items
• Goods that are perishable
• Sealed items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed
